The Month that Got Away...August Part 3

One secret I've learned since having kids is that the best time to go to the zoo is on a Friday evening. It's open until 7 so if you get there right after work, you can get a couple hours in and there is usually no one there.  The animals are generally pretty active.  We took Ali, Brock and Paige and got some cute pics of them enjoying the animals. It was super hot, so it was a short trip, but we saw a lot of action.  Great way to close out the month that got away...

This was hilarious...the kids started making whistling noises and the Rhinos went nuts. They were running all over their area kicking up dust.  They would run right up the the viewing deck.
