Happy Birthday Ali and Brock 2014!

Having kids with birthdays two days apart can be a little crazy. We definitely want the kids to feel special on the birthdays so we did separate celebrations this year. We had a really nice weekend celebrating Brock's 4th birthday and Ali's 7th birthday.

To celebrate Brock, we went to Rascal's fun zone to do go karting, putt-putt and games.  For our "all boy" Brock, this was perfect.  Nick's parents met us back at our house to have pizza and cake. Brock is just getting the idea of birthdays and all the fun that comes along with it.  This was the first year we did something to celebrate just him and not a joint party with Ali. I loved watching him soak up his Spider Man theme and the fun of a birthday party.

Ali's had a Frozen party on Saturday afternoon.  She had some of her best buddies come participate in the fun.  We had a face painter for the kids (and some of us adults) and did a Frozen scavenger hunt.  Ali had a blast!
